Allison Peltz
Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications

Allison Peltz joined NRP in 2022 as the Vice President of Corporate Marketing, leading an award-winning Communications, Employee Engagement, Creative Services, and Sales Enablement team. In 2023, she was promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications, overseeing both the Corporate and Field Marketing teams.

During her tenure, NRP has won NAHB Developer of the Year (2023) and maintained a Top 10 ranking in the NMHC 50 as a builder and developer, among other national and regional awards and recognition. The Corporate Marketing team has executed high-profile events, managed public relations advocacy around affordable housing, recognized milestones in the development and construction pipeline, and supported NRP’s various business units in their deal-generating activities.


Prior to joining NRP, Peltz served as Vice President of Social and Content Marketing at KeyBank for 3 years where she led 11 team members across social media, content, social customer care, and employee advocacy teams. Peltz launched her career working in digital marketing agencies where she served as social media and public relations account leads supporting financial services, consumer packaged goods, and health and beauty brands. Notable clients included Nestle Nesquik, Hot Pockets, MTD Products, Chase Sapphire, Samsung, Progressive and more.


Peltz holds a Bachelor of Science (Public Relations) with minors in Sociology and Marketing from Kent State University. She is a Cleveland Leadership 2020 Bridge Builders graduate and member of the 2022 Foundations of Philanthropy cohort of the Cleveland Foundation. Currently, Peltz serves as a marketing committee volunteer for Northwest Neighborhoods and External Affairs committee member for the Greater Cleveland Food Bank. She was honored with the 2020 Distinguished Marketing and Sales Award (DMSA) issued by Sales and Marketing Executives of Cleveland.
