NRP Management, a division of The NRP Group, manages 25 properties totaling over 3500 premier affordable, conventional and senior rental housing in Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Indiana, New Mexico and Arizona, with another 1900 units coming onboard nationwide in 2007.

Our in-house staff of leading industry professionals includes specialists in corporate compliance, accounting, operations, marketing and leasing support as well as on-site expertise in community management, leasing and maintenance at each of our communities. NRP Management provides expertise in initial lease-ups, on-going operations, market analysis, maintenance and training, while the on-site property management staffs employ first-rate service towards the ultimate goal of making each residents’ stay pleasant, rewarding, safe, comfortable and friendly.

NRP Management provides services that enhance the quality of life for each resident by developing programs that integrate independent lifestyles with a sense of community.
