Securing funding, selecting sites, negotiating contracts and reviewing designs, the team launches and oversees all of our affordable housing, market-rate and student housing developments – whether those involve building on a new site or developing an existing one.

Our construction team turns dreams into reality. Starting with a blank sheet of paper, they produce the final development blueprint and then bring it to life. That involves managing a complex process: everything from negotiating contracts and scheduling the delivery of building materials to coordinating specialist tradespeople and overseeing budgets and safety. No two projects are the same. And each can be as tough and demanding as it is stimulating and fast-moving.

Property Management

This team oversees the operation, condition, compliance and financial performance of our properties. Above all, they make sure our residents are happy with every aspect of their home. So you’ll play a big part in making sure we’re profitable and that our reputation for quality of service is consistently high.

You might be maintaining the grounds or the buildings themselves. Or you could be securing new residents, working to hit your targets by completing a lease-up ahead of schedule. But whatever your role, we’ll value your input on how we can make things better for residents and improve the way we operate. Professional/ Administrative

As our business has grown, so has our support infrastructure – which includes Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology and Marketing. This is where we produce the financial reports that help formulate critical business decisions; keep detailed financial records for each managed asset; develop and maintain the technology that acts as the company’s central nervous system; create the initiatives that attract and develop talented people; promote our offer in the most compelling way; and much, much more.

Although most of the functions are centralized in Cleveland, Ohio, they support business across all our offices and communities. So whichever function you work in, the ability to manage relationships across multiple states and departments is vital.
