Responsibilities

NRP Investments, LLC Is currently seeking a Scheduler for the Cleveland, OH Office.

 

POSITION SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Sr. Scheduler, the Scheduler is responsible for assisting in review and analysis of CPM schedules, baselines and updates at all levels of project development throughout the entire construction phase.

 

 

 

Essential Functions Statement(s):

  • Utilize scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6) to assist the Sr. Scheduler in creation, review and/or analysis of CPM schedules for procurement and construction.
  • Update schedule logic as directed by the Sr. Scheduler to reflect the most current plans/requirements, including activity remaining, duration and quantities to complete.
  • Assist in monitoring the implementation and progress of project schedules to identify and record the impact of work performed and not performed as scheduled.
  • Assist in identifying schedule issues, opportunities and corrective actions to mitigate potential delays to projects.
  • Effectively communicate with management and project managers regarding all schedule/progress related matters and concerns.
  • Provide information as needed on the content, modification, or presentation of project schedules.
  • Prepare reports (weekly/monthly) and provide regular schedule updates to the Sr. Scheduler to assist in analysis of changes, delays, claims, etc.
Qualifications

SKILLS & ABILITIES

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field (Ex: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology) preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

 

Experience: Relevant construction scheduling experience in planning, scheduling, expediting, maintaining and reporting the progress/status of work preferred; field experience and multifamily/apartment project management experience preferred. Detail-oriented with proven verbal and written communication skills.

 

Technical Skills: Experience with Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Project, and a working knowledge of MS Office applications preferred.

 

Driver’s License Required: Yes
