Responsibilities

NRP INVESTMENTS, LLC  is currently seeking a Graphic Designer in the Cleveland, Ohio office.  

 

POSITION SUMMARY

 

The Graphic Designer will support NRP Corporate and Property marketing strategies by executing various graphic design deliverables in both print and digital format, along with production and printing of those pieces. In addition, we expect this role to have an administrative and project management role within the marketing department for signage and other tasks as assigned.

Essential Functions Statement(s):
Produces graphic design artwork to support corporate and property marketing efforts, in print or digital format:
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Develops and manages online marketing collateral by working in collaboration with the marketing team.
Develops e-commerce marketing including e-cards and e-newsletters for distribution.
Conceptualize design ideas and strategy from inception as outlined marketing team members
Produces graphic design artwork to support marketing efforts using technology and computer software packages for either print or web site initiatives including but not limited to the following:
Macintosh OSX and PC Windows 2003
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Develops and creates all property management collateral not limited to:
Logo design
Brochures
Community websites
Photography
Creates graphic designs, administers and updates the NRPNow Intranet site
Maintains NRP standards, fair housing and consistent branding with respect to all online and collateral development
Assists with implementation of company “branding” and image initiatives.
Creates corporate PowerPoint templates, presentations as requested.
Assist in establishing and maintaining creating standards/style guides, and ensure adherence to those standards in all produced work.
Manage and execute print orders from various departments.
Manage and execute signage orders with NRP approved partners.
Other duties assigned to accomplish company or department objectives.

Qualifications

SKILLS & ABILITIES

 

Education: Associates Degree in Graphic Design or similar discipline.

Experience: 1-2 years of graphic design.
