The NRP Group is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.  All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.

The role of Corporate Marketing Sales Manager is to grow positive awareness of the NRP brand with stakeholders including local government officials, housing authorities, investors, other developers and owners, sub-contractors and vendors, current and potential NRP team members, the trade press, and the communities we serve.

As the first leader of the NRP Sales Hub, this Corporate Sales Marketing Manager will be tasked with providing a range of tools and processes that support the business development efforts of the construction, property management, development and finance teams in their efforts to gain new clients, new deals and new investors. The Corporate Marketing Manager will use a wide range of tools to do this, including online content, brochures, RFP templates, case studies, business content modules and other support material. The Corporate Marketing Manager will also develop and initiate new processes and technology to enable team members from across the company to plug-and-play and mix-and-match a combination of pre-developed (by the marketing team) and user-developed (by NRP team members) content to service much of their business development needs.

Sales Hub Toolkit Development – The Marketing Manager will lead the development and deployment of content and materials to help support sales streams within NRP. Internal clients will include construction third-party services, property management third party services, affordable development and capital markets. Tools will include brochures, presentations, proposals, digital content and other elements, and will be comprised of core on-the-shelf content as well as an expanding “library” of case studies and modules that can be inserted as needed.

Sales Hub Operations – The first occupant of this role will be charged with establishing processes to enable this function. Two categories of process design include: 1) Property “Resume” Buildout -- As new properties are approved through the investment approval process and then move through the lifecycle stages including financial closing, construction start, leasing start, grand opening, lease-up, and either stabilization or sale, the narrative for that property develops and the case study grows. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for establishing a process to capture this progress and keep the “property resume” updated. 2) Data Updates – There are data and facts that are used throughout the sales support tools to describe NRP overall, the various NRP departments, and the individual properties. This data and information need to be updated across the Sales HUB platform on a regular basis and the Marketing Manager will be responsible for establishing a process to capture this data and roll it through all the sales support materials.

Sales Process Support – While direct selling at NRP generally resides in the functions themselves, there is an opportunity to help define and establish more robust BTB sales processes to accelerate our progress in this area. The Marketing Manager can play a central role in exploring and assessing options in the direct sales process and in developing this expertise internally. While establishing sales process excellence will not be a core target in the early stages of framing out the NRP Sales HUB, we will treat this as a process improvement opportunity after the Sales HUB is fully operational.

Custom Requests & Other Projects – Over time, custom sales support requests arise, as do special project requests of various types in the marketing department overall. In the marketing team, we take great pride in working together to meet these needs and keep all our internal clients happy and satisfied.
