NRP Investments, LLC Is currently seeking a Scheduler.


*Per our current company policy, assessment of COVID Vaccination status will be required for this position.




Under the direction of the Director of Project Controls, the Scheduler is responsible for development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM Schedule(s).


Essential Functions Statement(s):



  • Utilize scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6) to assist in creation, review and/or analysis of CPM schedules for procurement and construction
  • Experience at developing construction project schedules for projects over $20M
  • Review project documents and specifications to accurately develop baseline schedules which include all required dates, activities and milestones
  • Perform progress schedule updates to include comprehensive reporting and narratives
  • Identification and evaluation of risk and impacts within project schedules



  • Participate in meetings with project teams, owners and various stakeholders related to the project controls and schedule of a project
  • Provide information as needed on the content, modification, or presentation of project schedules
  • Ability to manage several projects at any given time



Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field (Ex: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology) preferred or equivalent relevant experience


Experience:  Relevant construction scheduling experience in planning, scheduling, expediting, maintaining and reporting the progress/status of work preferred; field experience and multifamily/apartment project management experience required. Detail-oriented with proven verbal and written communication skills.


Technical Skills: Experience with Primavera [P6] Scheduling Software, MS Project, and a working knowledge of MS Office applications required


Driver’s License Required: Yes


Other Preferences:  PSP or PMI- SP certifications preferred
