Chase Beasley

Chase Beasley is the Vice President of Development at The NRP Group.

In his role, he’s responsible for the Atlanta and Nashville markets focusing on site acquisition, design, equity and debt capital raising, as well as management of both the construction and sale processes.


Beasley has a decade of real estate industry knowledge after his experience as a development associate and a professional engineer.

Beasley worked as a Development Associate at Mill Creek Residential in Atlanta, where he assessed potential development projects by finding the property and worked with team members to acquire funding and financing projects. He also managed partner relations and financing on all deals within the Atlanta portfolio, even navigated closing on two deals during the COVID pandemic.

As an engineer at Bohler Engineering, he managed multiple projects while building a client base within the Atlanta market and surrounding states including South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee and Florida. In his years at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., he also provided engineering consulting services to land development clients primarily within the commercial market sectors. He started his career at Hodges, Harbin, Newberry & Tribble Engineering Consultants.

He’s a member of International Council of Shopping Centers, American Society of Land Surveyors and Engineers and Urban Land Institute.He graduated from Auburn University with a BA in Civil Engineering. He received his professional license as an engineer in Georgia and Alabama.
