John Boles joined The NRP Group in 2016 and now serves as Vice President of Construction.

His responsibilities include managing all aspects of the construction process, from preconstruction through closeout in the Austin and San Antonio markets. His previous roles at NRP include Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Project Executive, in which he oversaw market rate and tax credit development in Austin and San Antonio.

Prior to joining NRP, Boles was a member of the teams at Galaxy Builders and Monticello Homes. Throughout his career, John has been involved in the construction management of more than 3,000 apartment units in Texas. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
