Malory Sanchez joined NRP in 2021 as the Early Talent and Diversity Program Manager. In her role, she is responsible for developing and executing early talent recruiting strategies to attract and retain diverse talent for the NRP internship program and full-time employment.
Since coming to NRP, Sanchez has played a key role in the growth and prioritization of NRP’s DEI hiring initiatives. Through her management of the company’s diversity recruitment strategy, Sanchez builds new relationships and maintains strong ties with career services, student and professional organizations and diversity groups across the country. Additionally, she creates all summer internship programming to provide an engaging, valuable, and fun experience for all participants.
Sanchez sits on the DEI Leadership council as the leader of the talent acquisition and development pillar where she works to increase diversity at a company level through early talent and hiring initiatives.
Prior to joining NRP, Sanchez spent six with Nestle as a Human Resources Development Program Trainee and Talent Acquisition Specialist. She was responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for supply chain and factory management programs, co-ops and internship programs and leading the Diversity Leadership Symposium. Sanchez was also the founder and leader of the Pan Asian Network employee resource group.
Sanchez earned her Bachelor of Science in Labor Studies and Employment Relations with a minor in Psychology and Master of Science in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of Ascend Midwest and is a part of the leadership council for Engage! Cleveland.
