Theresia Harris-Oates is a Senior Regional Vice President at The NRP Group.

In her role, she is responsible for overseeing several affordable communities in Texas and managing the operations of the communities in her portfolio. She has extensive experience in affordable housing, LIHTC compliance, public housing, supervisory skills and resident retention. Oates is a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, working on the talent acquisition and development pillar to increase diversity at a company-wide level through hiring initiatives.
