The Allure at Gateway is a 274-unit four-story garden luxury apartment community in Central Pinellas County. The community consists of 2 four-story buildings and associated amenities including pool, dog park, fitness area, and clubroom. The Allure at Gateway is located on approximately 12 acres at the northeast corner of Hwy 19 and Gateway Centre Blvd within the City of Pinellas Park. Primary access is off of Gateway Centre Blvd and a secondary access for residents only will be located at the north property line on Hwy 19. Residents can choose between two designer finishes for their apartment homes: the “Signature Finish” with dark brown cabinets and light brown floors or the “Premium Finish” with white cabinets and medium-brown floors.
