The Bridge at Loyola is The NRP Group’s second development in partnership with the Housing Authority of the City of Austin. It is The NRP Group’s first affordable development in Austin to feature structured parking. A special feature of The Bridge at Loyola is the pedestrian bridge that crosses a nature reserve in addition to the modern finishes in each apartment home and community amenities including a sparkling swimming pool with sundeck, 24-hour fitness center, and an amazing outdoor playground.
