Landings at Marine Creek is a community designed especially for individuals and families who desire a neighborhood experience and are earning 50-60% of the area median income. The community, located in Lake Worth ISD, Ft. Worth, TX, features contemporary styled apartment homes with fully-equipped kitchens and oversized walk-in closets as well as inviting grounds and amenities within the community including a children's playground, swimming pool, business center and clubhouse. The NRP Group partnered with the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation to develop the Landings at Marine Creek.
