NRP INVESTMENTS, LLC is currently seeking an IT Construction Systems Analyst in Cleveland, OH.
POSITION SUMMARY
The IT Construction Systems Analyst role is primarily responsible for completion of operational support, custom application design, and requirements gathering for all NRP related software. This includes troubleshooting, configuring, and analyzing software tools, and serving as an integral part of all new software implementations and upgrades.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Monitor and respond to operational support requests regarding 3rd party software.
Works closely with all Leadership Teams: Development, Construction, Property Management, and Finance.
Responsible for research and testing of new software and upgrading existing systems.
Configure and troubleshoot existing software.
Assist with developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
Analyze business processes and make recommendations for process improvements.
Partner with business leaders to resolve technical issues, create new reporting tools, and develop more efficient workflows.
Record and analyze common user errors and identify potential training needs.
Develops and delivers training programs as needed.
Design custom application solutions.
Collect, cleanse, and analyze data.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 3-5+ years of relevant experience preferably within the construction industry.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction software is a plus (i.e. Procore, Leinwaivers, RMIS, or a related applications).
