Essential Functions Statement(s):
Manages full lifecycle recruiting for our Award Winning NRP Construction team.
Practices multiple methods of creative sourcing including networking, cold call recruiting and pipelining.
Develops and leads successful implementation of cost effective recruitment plans, including advertising, career fairs, etc...
Collaborates with hiring managers and leaders to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
Applies behavioral interviewing techniques that comply with organizational standards.
Screen and assess applicants for competency, professionalism, and minimum/preferred requirements, and refer qualified candidates to hiring manager.
Ensures corporate recruiting efforts are consistent and in compliance with Federal, State, and EEO regulations.
Maintains effective communication with hiring managers to determine needs and to recruit candidates utilizing best practices.
Stays current on employment laws, market trends, and industry issues.
SKILLS & ABILITIES Education
Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting for positions at all levels; proven track record for producing hiring results; demonstrated success in developing and maintaining professional contacts; extensive candidate sourcing experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of the functions and capabilities of an applicant tracking system, proficient with Microsoft Office
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field required
