Essential Functions Statement(s):
Administers and monitors leaves of absence, including workers compensation and medical leaves. Works with the employees and managers to facilitate communication.
Develop reports as requested by management as well as government reports related to EEO and OSHA compliance.
Act as a liaison to employees for HR questions and information.
Manage administration of company wide recognition program through Achievers platform.
Collaborate in employee engagement survey creation, communication, and analysis.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local law as they relate to HR matters, including ordering annual posters.
Supports ER Manager in conducting exit interviews, compiles data, and makes recommendations on information collected.
Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database.
Assists in development and implementation of policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures.
Driving process excellence by continuously looking for opportunities to operate more efficiently and effectively.
As assigned, partners with HRBPs on various projects and assignments in support of the business.
Manages special projects and other related duties as assigned.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field required
Experience: 4+ years of experience in Human Resources field

Verifies important details, documents within NRP framework, and mitigates surprises or gaps in needed information. Foresight and ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize requirements accordingly.
