NRP Investments, LLC is seeking a Senior Estimator.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Estimator organizes estimating activities of specific projects as they relate to estimating and preconstruction activities. The Senior Estimator prepares accurate and well-crafted bids/proposals that result in awarded contracts that are profitable and maintain the quality expected from the NRP Group. The Senior Estimator is also a key person in developing and nurturing relationships with vendors and clients and serves as a mentor to Estimators to assist in their development and growth. The Senior Estimator works under very tight time frames and is responsible for handling multiple bids/proposals and responsibilities simultaneously.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Construction Management a plus) or equivalent work experience
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience estimating construction projects; multi-family experience preferred. Familiarity with conceptual estimating, writing detailed scopes of work and reading blue prints.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel for tracking construction costing. Experience with On-Screen Takeoff and Sage estimating software programs a plus.
Driver’s License Required: Yes
