Responsibilities
NRP INVESTMENTS, LLC is currently seeking an IT Business Solutions Analyst in the Cleveland, OH Office.
POSITION SUMMARY
The IT Business Solutions Analyst role is primarily responsible for completion of operational support requests related to all 3rd party software, troubleshooting, configuring, and analyzing software tools, and serving as an integral part of new software implementations and upgrades.

Essential Functions Statement(s):
Monitor and respond to operational support requests regarding 3rd party software.Works closely with all Leadership Teams: Development, Construction, Property Management, and Finance. Responsible for research and testing of new software and upgrading existing systems.Configure and troubleshoot existing software.Assist with developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)Analyze business processes and make recommendations for process improvements.Partner with business leaders to resolve technical issues, create new reporting tools, and develop more efficient workflows.Record and analyze common user errors and identify potential training needs.Develops and delivers training programs as needed. Design custom application solutions.Collect, cleanse, and analyze data.Qualifications
