POSITION SUMMARY
The Workers' Compensation and Leave Analyst is responsible for administration of all worker’s comp and leave programs from initiation through closure, including all communication, documentation, payroll coordination and system updates. The position will serve as a resource for all leave and worker’s comp related inquiries and support all leave and worker’s comp related processes and audits.

Essential Functions Statement(s):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field preferred.
Experience: Four years of progressive Human Resources experience with at least two years of worker’s comp and leave of absence administration preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel), Experience with payroll processing systems (Workday preferred)
