Responsibilities

NRP Investments LLC is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Cleveland, OH.

POSITION SUMMARY

Supports the needs of the field marketing team by coordinating a broad array of marketing activities relating to the flow of information, reports, projects and processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Supports the activities of the field marketing group by executing a set of pre-determined, activities, and processes

Coordinates advertising for internet listing services and publications.

Supports reputation management initiatives.

Assures property information integrity by maintaining current, accurate, and up-to-date property data across all communications channels.

Orders promotional items for properties as directed by field marketing managers and other marketing team members.

Provides administrative and activity support in special projects and initiatives as identified.

Provides administrative responsibilities managing expense reports and processing/researching marketing invoices.

Qualifications

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. Additional coursework in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism is preferred.

Experience: In addition to the education outlined above, 3-5+ years experience in the related fields is preferred.
