    NRP Investments, LLC Is currently seeking a Scheduler.


    Under the direction of the VP of Construction, the Scheduler is responsible for development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM Schedule(s).

    Essential Functions Statement(s):


  • Utilize scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6) to assist in creation, review and/or analysis of CPM schedules for procurement and construction
  • Experience at developing construction project schedules for projects over $20M
  • Review project documents and specifications to accurately develop baseline schedules which include all required dates, activities and milestones
  • Perform progress schedule updates to include comprehensive reporting and narratives
  • Identification and evaluation of risk and impacts within project schedules
  • Management

  • Participate in meetings with project teams, owners and various stakeholders related to the project controls and schedule of a project
  • Provide information as needed on the content, modification, or presentation of project schedules
  • Ability to manage several projects at any given time
  • Qualifications


    Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field (Ex: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology) preferred or equivalent relevant experience

    Experience:  Relevant construction scheduling experience in planning, scheduling, expediting, maintaining and reporting the progress/status of work. Detail-oriented with proven verbal and written communication skills.

    Technical Skills: Experience with Primavera [P6] Scheduling Software, MS Project, and a working knowledge of MS Office applications required

    Driver’s License Required: Yes

    Other Preferences:  PSP or PMI- SP certifications preferred
