    NRP Investments, LLC is currently seeking an Investment Analyst.


    Under the direction of the Vice President of Finance, the Investment Analyst manages the financial aspects of real estate properties as they progress through the development and underwriting phase through the selection of financing and the closing of the project financing.

    Essential Functions Statement(s):

  • Learn detailed aspects of luxury multifamily finance and affordable multifamily finance
  • Initial screening and structuring for financial feasibility of prospective projects
  • Evaluate divergent financial structures for appropriateness and profit maximization
  • Prepare underwriting packages for prospective projects for presentation to Investment and Executive Committees
  • Serve as a liaison with developers, equity partners, third party owners and lenders
  • Manage the project pro forma model from inception through closing
  • Assist in the closing of initial debt and equity financing
  • Qualifications


    Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required

    Experience:   0-3 years in Real Estate internships or experience preferred

    Technical Skills:  Proficient in Excel
