NRP Investments, LLC is currently seeking an Architectural Design Manager (Multifamily).
POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the VP of Design and Entitlements, the Architectural Design Manager works closely with NRP Sr. Design Managers, the Director of Creative Design, developers, construction personnel, regulators, and outside consultants. Primarily responsible for assisting and/or directing certain project design elements; coordination and completion of competitive project tours; identification; scoping work and requesting and finalizing consultant proposals; review of construction documents; gaining regulatory approvals as required; maintaining internal review logs and information; field inspections of certain design elements; problem solving with NRP Construction and assisting Sr. Design Managers, Director of Creative Design and the VP of Design and Entitlements as requested.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related discipline
Experience: 6 - 7 years of relevant experience; 10 years preferred; Working knowledge of International and State building and energy codes; Knowledge of City and County governments and state health departments regarding the review and approval process for regulatory submittals
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Microsoft Project and Sketch Up or related software a plus
