--The NRP Group gave the Business Journal a first look at its newest San Antonio apartment complex, The Baldwin at St. Paul Square. Located at 239 Center St., just east of U.S. Highway 281 and downtown, the Baldwin represents another entry in NRP Group's portfolio of market-rate developments. The 271-unit apartment complex features studio, one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 584 to 1,425 square feet. Rents start at $1,045 for a studio and peak at $2,620 for one of the complex's two-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouses.
