Rebecca Bertram joined NRP in 2014 as a Learning and Development Coordinator and quickly transitioned to Talent Acquisition in 2015. She now serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition and is responsible for overseeing the recruitment of all positions across the company, as well as supporting a talent pipeline for each of NRP’s verticals and corporate teams.

Throughout her tenure, she has played a fundamental role in hiring A+ Players to fulfill the company’s need for talent and to maintain NRP’s rapid pace of growth. Under her leadership, she and her team have helped the company reach an impressive 1,000 employee milestone while continuing to find innovative ways to recruit and engage new talent. Bertram sits on the DEI Leadership Council under the talent acquisition pillar where she provides insight to help NRP continue to source, hire and onboard diverse candidates across the company.

Prior to joining NRP, Bertram worked for US Bank for over 12 years in human resources, corporate training and development and retail banking management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Kentucky.
