Casey Cornwell joined The NRP Group in 2010 and now serves as Executive Vice President of NRP Construction.

In this role, he oversees estimating and construction operations of developments in the western markets. His responsibilities include budgeting, design coordination, purchasing, construction quality control and deliveries.

Cornwell previously worked for NRP as a Superintendent, Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. Prior to joining NRP, he worked with Fairfield Residential as a superintendent and general superintendent. His experience spans many project types including garden, wrap, podium and mid-rise properties. He has built over 12,000 apartments across nine states, including tax credit, market rate and student housing developments.
