Jason Geiger joined NRP in 2013 and now serves as Vice President of Capital Markets.

In this role, he is responsible for raising third-party debt and equity for all Luxury Projects along with managing those external capital relationships throughout the entire life cycle of a given project. He and his team oversee the project underwriting from Executive Committee through financial closing; develop, distribute, and pitch marketing materials to capital; and provide oversight and a single point of contact for partners during construction and lease-up. He demonstrates expertise in real estate finance and capital markets.

During his ten years at NRP, Geiger has played a crucial role in developing many of the capital relationships that have been a catalyst for the expansion of the Luxury side of the business. Prior to his current role, Geiger held the position of Senior Investor Relationship Manager, where he successfully managed investor relationships and assisted in raising project capital. He has also served as a Senior Investment Analyst, conducting comprehensive financial due diligence, and underwriting for prospective deals, researching market conditions, and providing analysis for optimal project capital structures.

Geiger earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Finance from The Ohio State University where he graduated as the top male senior in his class. Outside of his professional pursuits, he has coached youth basketball teams and volunteers with the Cleveland Metroparks. He is also an avid backpacker and nature enthusiast.
