Josh Wooldridge

Josh Wooldridge joined The NRP Group in 2017 as Vice President of Development to co-found NRP’s Mid-Atlantic Division, which handles market rate and affordable housing development from Philadelphia to Richmond, Virginia, with a focus on the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.

His primary responsibilities include sourcing new projects and managing all aspects of the development cycle.


Prior to joining NRP, Wooldridge spent six years with Bainbridge Companies, opening their mid-Atlantic office in 2010. He led all development activities for the mid-Atlantic division including the acquisition, development and construction of nine multifamily projects comprising 2,500 units. Prior to Bainbridge, he spent eight years with the mid-Atlantic division of Trammell Crow Residential (TCR), which delivered over 5,000 multifamily units in the Washington, D.C., region with a combined capitalization of over $1 billion. During his tenure at TCR, he was involved in every aspect of the multifamily industry including sourcing, entitlement and development of luxury apartment communities in the D.C. metropolitan area. His duties included disposition of luxury for-sale condominium units, project management for construction activities and asset management of existing Class A multifamily communities in all major East Coast markets.

Wooldridge holds a bachelor’s degree in urban planning and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
