Mike Zelenkofske joined NRP in 2015 and now serves as Senior Vice President of Development.

In this role, he manages all market rate development in the eastern part of the country. Mike works with a team of developers in local markets to strategically identify origination opportunities and guide projects through NRP’s internal committee process.

Prior to his current position, Mike held several key roles at NRP, including Director of Development Project Management and Senior Development Project Manager. In these roles, he effectively led project management activities for affordable projects, managed teams, closed financial deals, and strategically positioned projects for LIHTC applications.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Emory University.
