Ryan Berkhouse joined The NRP Group in 2017 and now serves as Vice President of Construction Safety.

In this role, he oversees all aspects of construction safety including corporate safety program procedures, field personnel safety and employee training. He also supervises jobsite audits for compliance with OSHA regulations as well as company standards and procedures. Under his leadership, NRP was named a recipient of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Safety Award for Excellent (SAFE) award in 2020 for Multifamily Builder Safety Program of the Year and in 2021 for Job-Site Institute Innovative Safety Idea of the Year.

Berkhouse was the Safety Director for The Ruhlin Company before joining NRP in 2017 as Regional Safety Director for the East Coast. After successfully creating and implementing a company-wide safety program, he was promoted to National Safety Director before being named Vice President of Construction in 2019. He is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
