Shanice Settle joined The NRP Group in 2018 as now serves as the Director of Content and Communications. In her role, she drives the company’s internal and external communication strategy, including media management, public relations, social media, video editing and marketing project support.

During her tenure, Settle has been instrumental in establishing NRP as a leader in the multifamily industry. Through tactical, storytelling-oriented initiatives, she has driven thought leadership campaigns, created NRP’s public relations strategy, led innovative, internal communication support and assisted in content creation to support NRP’s rapid pace of growth. Settle is a member of the NRP Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leadership Council, where she works on the Education, Awareness and Engagement pillar to create and lead programming to drive understanding and involvement throughout the organization.

Prior to joining NRP, Settle spent over five years at WOIO Cleveland 19 News as a Multimedia Journalist and Reporter in the Kent and Akron areas of Ohio.

Settle earned her Bachelors of Arts in Public Relations at Ohio University and her Masters of Arts in Broadcast Journalism. She sits on the Board of Trustees for Heights Schools Foundation and was named one of Cleveland’s “Movers & Shakers” in 2019.
