NRP’s first venture into Pennsylvania, this project is a 44-unit mixed housing development with a 34-unit multi-family building and 10 scattered single-family homes for residents earning at or below 20-60% of the area median income. The three-story multi-family building consists of one- and two-bedroom apartment homes and the single-family homes consist of six three-bedroom homes and four four-bedroom homes. The community features high-efficiency appliances, air conditioning, a large shared patio with a grill, and a community room with kitchenette, fireplace, and flat screen TV.
