Parsons Village II also offers approximately 3,000 square feet of commercial space on Parsons Avenue, outdoor seating/dining, an on-street resident entry and a landscaped pedestrian walkway between Parsons Village I & II. This mixed-use development has resident access to the public sidewalk and bus stop fitting the recommendations of The South Side Plan (2014). The NRP Group partnered with the City of Columbus and Community Development for All People to develop Parsons Village.
