St. Petersburg, FL ( August 22, 2019)—The NRP Group, based in Cleveland, recently announced the opening of The Allure at Gateway, a 274-unit apartment community in Pinellas Park, which is about 10 miles north of St. Petersburg, Fla. The market-rate property opened in the red-hot submarket of Tampa/St. Pete, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Amenities include a two-story residential event space with a community kitchen, a resort-style pool, a fitness center, conference rooms, a fire pit with outdoor grilling areas, and a 24/7 package concierge.

NRP is quite active in Florida, developing six new communities with more than 1,700 apartments, and is especially interested in the Tampa area due to the steady job market and inbound migration patterns. Pinellas County, which contains St. Pete but not Tampa, is the most densely populated county in the state.

“Job growth and the overall economic outlook in Central Florida continues to be robust, and The NRP Group is working to satisfy the demand for high-quality housing options by providing best-in-class rental communities,” said NRP Group CEO and co-founder J. David Heller. “We now have three offices spread across the region in St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Orlando, with 40 local NRP team members working on six active projects. Our commitment to Florida has never been stronger.”
