The NRP Group entered the North Carolina market in 1999 and has since developed 23 affordable, workforce, and market rate communities, encompassing over 3,500 apartment homes, at an investment of $570 million. These developments have been located alongside some of the most significant and exciting investments in the region, including the Blue Line in Charlotte and throughout the Research Triangle.
