For over 20-years, the NRP Group has developed multifamily affordable, market rate, workforce, and mixed income communities in the southeast, and in 2022, we expanded these efforts to include the state of Tennessee. Several urban and suburban markets in Tennessee have experienced expansion in demand for rental housing due to a robust economy, diverse business sectors, and significant job growth. We are eager to work with housing authorities and other public and private partners to leverage our vast experience across the full range of multifamily product types – affordable, workforce, market rate, and mixed income -- to help revitalize neighborhoods and develop much needed high quality affordable housing that creates pathways of opportunity and hope.
