Legacy at Alazan is a partnership between The NRP Group and Opportunity Home San Antonio to revitalize the Alazan neighborhood on the west side of San Antonio. This community is an 88-unit multifamily affordable development for residents earning at or below 60% of the area median income. Legacy at Alazan features one building as a four-story elevator and the other two as walk-up two-story buildings. The development has a community center that includes a fitness center, an activity room, a community room with kitchen, a business center, and leasing offices.
